Return & Refund Policy  of UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS

At UNBOX MULTI COLLECTIONS, we value your trust and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy makes it easy to resolve issues quickly and transparently.

 

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and accessories intact.

  • A valid reason for return must be provided along with photo/video proof in case of damage or defect.

  • Products will be inspected before approving a refund or replacement.

 

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is used, damaged, or not in original condition.

  • Return request is raised after 2 days from delivery.

  • Packaging, manuals, or accessories are missing.

  • Items purchased under special promotions/clearance sales (non-returnable unless defective).

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team within 2 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your Order ID, return reason, and supporting images/videos.

  3. Follow the return shipping instructions provided by our team.

  4. Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund or replacement.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days after product verification.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI (details to be provided by customer).

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.


5. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, you may request a replacement instead of refund.

  • Replacement will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified.

 

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless:

    • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
