1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message after successful purchase.

 

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier partner.

  • Remote areas or unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural calamities, courier delays) may cause longer delivery times.

  • We always aim to deliver within the promised timeframe but cannot guarantee delays beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products, categories, or order values (as per promotional offers).

 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner details via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment using the link provided.

 

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery at your provided address.

  • If you are unavailable, they may contact you to reschedule delivery.

  • After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.

 

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.

 

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Our team will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund (as per Return Policy).
